Fully equipped two bedroom unit with spectacular views across Little Beach.

There is plenty of off street parking where you can fit the boat as well.  The boat ramp is directly across the road making this very easy. The kids play area, fantastic communal BBQ areas and take away shop for the nights that you dont feel like cooking are all directly at your finger tips.  What a way to start your day with a casual 10 minute walk up and around fly point waterfront into the heart of Nelson Bay. 

The living area and main bedroom have ceiling fans and the beautiful sea breeze just flow straight throughout the entire unit.

This property does not have a dryer, only washing machine.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Parking - plenty of off street parking in the grass area - Boom gate access beside the complex.

Please note, only registered resident permit holders with vehicles registered with Port Stephens Council are allowed to park on the roadside in the Columbia Close cul-de-sacs and the cul-de-sacs along Gowrie Avenue.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Council was working on the park and road for every day of our stay even on the weekend. It was very noisy from 7am onwards.

Not what i payed for

The kitchen was dirty. Used plates were put away in the cupboards. There was no cable/satellite tv and there was no dryer (despite the photos shown). Location is great.
