With room for up to nine guests, this idyllic escape offers four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms and two living areas. The main house has three bedrooms upstairs with the main having an ensuite with shower and toilet, each bedroom boasts a unique charm that ensures serene slumber after days filled with sunshine and adventure. The main bathroom is also located upstairs and has a bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet and sink.

Downstairs with external access from the main house you will discover a large bedroom housing a King bed, Single bed and Sofa Bed for the children that want to be close to their parents at night, this area also has a separate living area with a huge Smart TV, Pool Table, dart board and bathroom providing a shower and toilet – perfect for the larger family wanting their own space, or perfect for a group that are looking to have open fun filled spaces.

Take advantage of the air conditioning systems with reverse cycle capabilities, ensuring your comfort year-round. Little ones will delight in the nearby playground, while adults might enjoy a quick game on the onsite pool table. Located only 950 metres walking distance to D’albora Marina and Nelson Bay Foreshore, and a quick two-minute drive to Dutchman’s Beach which is popular for its calm waters, grassy picnic and BBQ facilities, or if you would like to take your dog along for a dip, the dog friendly Bagnall's Beach is not far down the road, Government House also promises access to small boat parking - perfect for seafaring guests.

(f) intentionally, recklessly, or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
