"Perfect "

"Location is perfect, nearby airport. Shuttle services offered. Received a ticket for 2 complimentary drinks and snacks at the hotel bar. The staff is very friendly. I ordered room service and it was very quick and everything was tasted great. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past few years and never had any issues. There are multiple hotels around this area but I Highly recommend embassy suites over the others nearby !"

"This is a good location, the room was clean, nice view of the city. There was a restaurant down stairs that had some really good burgers & breakfast was $9.99 per person, the breakfast was good, convenient and there was a nice variety to choose from. Heated pool was a plus. We stayed here for a graduation. Only 13 min from the airport. I would stay again "

"Well first of all Expedia screwed up and booked 2 rooms and I didn't realize it until the day of our stay and then I called and the guy at Expedia said the 1 reservation was cancelled but the other one was still good. Well we get to sonesta and both of our rooms were cancelled by Expedia. So the guy at the desk DEMENTRIE was so awesome and got our room reinstated as our daughter had a club volleyball tournament at Columbus convention center the next morning. Then he did an extra special thing for me and my family and made it so much better. He went above and beyond and the rest of the staff were awesome along with the restaurant staff. Sonesta hotel was a great experience. I highly recommend it."

"The food (breakfast buffet and restaurant) was great. The staff was lovely. We booked 10 minutes before we arrived, after leaving another unsuitable hotel. Staff was very understanding and accommodating. 12/10 would recommend. "

"Staff was rude the whole place was dirty from the outside to inside absolutely disgusting and charged $300 deposit for a room that smelled like a wet cigarette and the sheets had burn holes in. Absolutely do not come here a $40 motel 6 is better than this place."
