For example, the owner doesn't disclose that this place lacks proper restrooms, and that it's next to one of the most polluted areas in Colombia -because of the brick's industries next to the property that pollute the air all day and night :( On top of that, the owner double-booked our room and we ended-up with no hotel."

"Staff was so attentive and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style and was so delicious and fresh. The rooms were really clean and well maintained. Parking was included and was behind the hotel in a secure area. The hotel is one block away from the historic plaza and only a few minute drive from the salt cathedral. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. My only negative is that we got the rooms with balcony on the second floor that faced the main road. The sound proofing is not great or the walls are very thin so you can hear all the cars and people outside very loudly."

"This stay was amazing; we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very accommodating and willing to help with anything we needed. We felt very safe knowing that Pedro, Luz, and their family were next door. The beds were comfortable. The house is much more than what you see in the pictures; you could really feel how much love this family put into every detail. My family and I wished we could have stayed longer; it was really nice to feel as if we had just arrived home. Thank you for sharing your amazing family home with us. It is an experience we will never forget!"
