"Just the facts...we had many safety concerns. Deck was unsafe due to railing being detached, exposed wiring along path leading down to the dock. Junction boxes detached or dismantled along the path as well. When the owner/property manager was presented with these issues, the response was quite frustrating. Instead of taking responsibility for safety concerns, it was stated that everything was up to code. Basically they didn't care. Renter be ware...the pictures are perfectly taken/staged to hide...
