"The BnB is good, just be aware Memphis is in decay/decline. Not a single street or road has been maintained in the last 20 years.Downtown has all the new construction as far as hotels and arenas, but midtown is the orphan as far as care. TV was bragging there were ONLY 3700 cars stolen Jan-May 2024,compared to 5200 same time last year. Piles of debris,junk,old furniture along the streets all over the city add to the impression of abandonment."

"The house and yard was very clean and inviting. The rain left the outdoor patio chairs wet and dirty. But the warm waters of the Spa made up for that. My grandchildren had a blast. "Location is just a short 5 minute drive to Beale Street, The Bass Pro Shop Pyramid and Mudd Island and it only took us around 20 minutes to reach Graceland. The private parking pad in back of house was a plus. The house was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the little second story belcony. Great place to sit and have an evening drink or morning coffee. During our visit we did noticed a smoke smell upstairs despite the house being non-smoking. Overall I would recommend this property."
