“The hotel was clean,fresh & modern looking with excellent facilities. Comfortable beds & pillows. Was a little bit too hot in room & you couldn't open the windows any further due to the restraint at the bottom of the window. Some sort of air conditioning or fan would be nice especially n the room during the hot summer days as it's difficult to get off to sleep in the heat.The staff are all helpful & very pleasant. The breakfast was nice too with plenty to choose from. All in all had a lovely 3……

“Just a hotel for our short stay in the way to Wales. Location beside the high way and only can buy foods from the petrol station nearby. Standard design of Holiday inn hotel group”

“Staff at breakfast all seemed subdued and only very few interacted with guests. The choice of breakfast was minimal. In comparison with other hotels it was just about acceptable. Some of the seats were uncomfortable due to ware and tear. Ended up sitting on the frame rather than the leather clad seat cushion. The hallways were very dark and the room itself did not have adequate central lighting. The shower was a weak waterfall style shower with out a hose for extra use. I found the concierge……

“Pros: lovely breakfast, nice aspect to the room and comfortable bed. Staff are delightful Cons: bathroom is a little tired - mildew and taps not fully working - but workable. ”

“quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. ”
