"Lovely property close to the sea and lots of restaurants. Quirky in that the accomodations is split by an interior bridge/terrace. The terrace while covered was far from dry. A storm blew in and it was an interesting(wet) walk to the side with the shower. I hope to return soon. "

"The studio apartment is accurately depicted in the listing pictures. The sea view is wonderful, especially from the balcony. The kitchen has the necessary dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. The building is safe and secure. It's an easy walk to the train station. Check-in/out and communication with the owner was easy."

"It was our first visit to Italy from Canada. Would recommend 100%. Owners were amazing to deal with. Responded to any questions in a very timely manner. Casa Relax location was ideal for shopping, restaurants, train station and the beach/marina. All were within a 10 minute or less walk. Casa Relax had everything you needed to feel at home."

"Die Lage war ganz gut, viele Restaurants im der Nähe. Sauberkeit und Austattung waren sehr zufriedenstellend. Leider nur Parkplätze in der weiteren Umgebung bzw. am Straßenrand, wobei man etwas Angst ums auto bekommt. WLAN hat ein eher langsames bzw. schwaches Signal, dadurch ist das Teilen von Fotos und Videos etwas schwierig."

"Our experience in Velletri could not have been better. It was fabulous! We’ve been staying in apartments in Italy since 1998, and our experience here ranks with the very best. From check-in to check-out, Cinzia and her helpers were extremely generous with their time. The pictures of the apartment on the VRBO webpage do not represent how wonderful it actually is. We stayed here only five nights, but we would have been conformable for five months or more! Everything was perfect for a long term...

"This apartment is so beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice! It is a very short walk to the main plaza and a super cool restaurant with antique toys that has tunnels under the restaurant you should explore! The Pope’s summer home is very close and the tour of the gardens and palace I highly recommend! Beautiful area and quiet at night which was a welcome change from downtown Rome! The views everywhere are magnificent!"

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was exactly as described and the apartment was very clean. It was in a very convenient location, extremely close to a pharmacy, supermarket, various pizzerias and the train station, all within a few minutes walking distance. Our hosts were extremely accommodating, kept in touch with us and made check in and check out a very simple process. We loved our stay and we will definitely be back. Adele and Alfonso."
