The ground floor 3-room apartment is laid out with laminate, the bathroom tiled. The living room has. u. a. a comfortable seating area with a sofa, a cozy wing chair with footstool and a dining area. A flat screen TV is naturally present. In the larger of the two bedrooms overlooking the beautiful garden there is a double bed (1,80 x 2,00 m) and a larger closet, the smaller bedroom has a farnzösischen bed (1,60 x 2,00 m) and a closet furnishings. There is also in the apartment, of course, a shower room / WC and a separate fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge freezer and plenty of dishes and cutlery. From the living room leads to the south facing terrace. Here you can have your meals at the garden table in good weather and if you do not want to go to the beach, you can relax on your sun loungers. The beds are made upon arrival, towels can be rented if required.
