維也納新施蒂夫特瓦爾德酒店住宿推介

「早餐很棒」

「The room is clean, spacious and well-designed. We chose a room with a bathtub. The hotel is located right beside a gate of the Schonbrunn Palace. The neighborhood is a vibrant area full of shopping stores and restaurant. Overall, excellent! I would love to stay here again. 」

「櫃檯職員服務有禮貌，酒店清潔新淨，房間大及舒適，唯一需要改善係清潔人員清潔時沒有加添茶及咖啡」

「Good location close to Metro, room is big enough for a twin beds, and breakfast has many choices don't miss it !」

「Clean and tidy rooms.」

「The staff are quite careless. We stored our luggage in the storeroom and they just expected us to go in and grab them ourselves. When we grabbed our suitcases, they never verified and checked whether the suitcases really belonged to us. Seems like people could have taken/stolen other suitcases easily. One of the staff was also quite rude, never greeted us and asked us how our stay was. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Despite the hotel being 4 stars, the service is more or less 2...

「Comfortable, clean and modern hotel recently refurbished. We had a spacious bedroom and washroom with all the amenities. The location was great for us as it was close to public transportation, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. The hotel is still making some upgrades. Consequently, let them know beforehand if you need help with your luggage as they only have stairs right now leading from outdoors. We'd stay there again!」

「價格相宜」

「地點離U1線地鐵很近，相當方便，床很好睡，房間很乾淨！」

「checkout late， nobody call me for remind me for checkout at last the hotel charge me one more night」

「Nice location. The room is nice and clean.」

「Good location」

「Hotel Gilbert is unique and very much a boutique hotel. We loved the &Flora restaurant and the hotel’s proximity to all things Vienna. Would absolutely stay there again!」
