“This little bungalow is clean, quiet and very comfortable. We happened to be there during the most amazing lightning storm which was great to view from the wide deck. The air conditioning was such a great amenity after having a lot of sun exposure. The property was a little off the beaten path, so I might not recommend staying here if you need to constantly do activities in downtown grass valley, yuba river, nevada city and need to go home frequently for naps, work, or outfit changes. Butler Place is in a great location, was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything anyone could need. Thank you so much for a great stay.”

“Beautiful little cottage in a very quiet neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and back porch a real bonus to enjoy the quiet of the woods. Nice walk to town and other trails to enjoy. Highly recommend ”
