"Clean room"

"The self-check in process if frustrating. After traveling for 12 hours I used the self check in kiosk. At the completion of self check in, the kiosk prompted that I would receive text message once my room was prepared. This was at 3:30pm. After waiting several minute, no text message was ever received and I was forced to wait in a long line of guest, all of which were facing the same issue."

"Shower water was scolding hot at the coolest. We were unable to shower. Management sent maintenance to fix the issue but unfortunately we were on a tight schedule and missed the morning shower. They refunded a whopping $50, which was disappointing. "

"Hotel was beautiful, clean,organized. Also staff was very friendly and nice. I loved the pool, very clean and beautiful. Hotel is in the great location. I will definitely return!"

"Why the resort fee? I paid extra for everything else in addition to room. Not even coffee available in room. I did not gamble or use the pool."

"Basically no amenities there was a charge for WiFi !!! The view was basically trash behind their building it was beyond terrible "

"The Flamingo was absolutely the best choice for us. We were not interested in a huge resort where it can be a mile walk just to the strip.The Flamingo is the perfect size. 3 towers, all within close proximity to the amenities and the strip. We chose the Habitat Tower. The Habitat Tower, I believe is the oldest of the towers. Not as renovated as the other two but more than nice enough. It could use a bit of a bathroom remodel, but I'm sure it's coming. I chose the Habitat Tower as it is closest to the pool, the promenade & of course the casino floor. All the staff were helpful & accommodating. It happened to be Nascar weekend & the beginning of spring break when we were there. There were issues with people getting their rental cars. The gentleman at the front door suggested we go directly to the airport to get a car. He was right. We didn't have an issue. All in all I would give the Flamingo a 4.75 star rating. If I had to give a negative, it would be the price of the coffee. Some may say that's not the resorts issue, but inflation. I say make the coffee somewhat reasonable for your paying guests. $18 for 2 small cups of coffee is hi way robbery."
