"We had a wonderful time, in spite of rain. The cabin was very comfortable and well stocked. It was literally less than a quarter of a mile to the hiking trails. Our dogs were very comfortable as well. One caveat. If you are coming in via RT. 209, do not turn off of Pine Kill Rd onto David Rhodes rd. Apparently GPS thinks you can go through, but it puts you on a dead end road. If you stay on Pine Kill, it will eventually route you the right way."

"The house was very clean and well appointed. Internet was great, and the bed was so comfortable. We met Eric, our host, who gave us invaluable info about a hike/waterfall nearby. The baseboard heat worked well, and there were plenty of pillows and two warm comforters. The jugs of bottled water were appreciated. There was a big grassy area for the dogs to romp. We spent the day at Minnewaska Preserve, only about 12 minutes away."

"Was very clean, host was responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the gas and someone came to fix it within 2 hours. It snowed during our stay and the snow was plowed by someone twice. Could only find 2 bathrooms. Not a problem for our group, just informing. Overall, amazing stay and would recommend"

Property was just right for my husband and I to enjoy a long weekend get away, though minor issues found when we arrived (had to wash dishes prior to use as they were visibly soiled; propane tank on grill was almost empty causing us to have to use oven - but the burners need adjusting, and there was smoke/soot produced and the smoke alarms went off even with all the windows and door opened; towels were damp, as if they had not finished...

"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."
