「We only stayed one night at the Starlite Motel. This motel is not like other places we have stayed. It was quiet and it had character. We really liked that our room included a small kitchen. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The backyard area was great for us to relax with friends and play games. 「Beautiful getaway just a few hours drive from NYC. Close to hiking trails and outdoor activities, but also a good amount of restaurants/bars nearby. 「Such a pretty spot! It’s rustic enough to make it feel like a true get-away. We booked this when rain interfered with camping plans. There is much to do within driving distance including fishing and hiking. We brought our pups who enjoyed the deck and yard. 「Nice space, perfect soaking tub, two fire pits! Grill and pizza oven. We enjoyed peaceful star filled evenings. Quiet nights and baby deer running around in the mornings. Local goat sanctuary is a must for a hike with the goats. 「Very cozy」

「Our stay was great even though it rained 3 days we were there the house is very cozy and if you open up all the blinds it’s like you’re still sitting outside! If you have a dog this is a perfect place to set them up with a long lead and let them hang outside with you or walk the property with them which our dog never got old of! Definitely will be staying here again in the fall. 」

「This is an "upgraded" camping experience! A peaceful setting for outdoor living, exceptionally private. Super convenient to Minnewaska. Everything you need amd exactly as described, plenty of seating for a larger group and sleeping tent/yurt makes inclement weather less of a concern than a regular tent or backpacking setup.
