"Giacomo and Liliana's estate house has an old world charm with modern appliances and furnishings. The exterior area is expansive with fabulous mountain vistas of the surrounding Appenines. Giacomo and Liliana were great hosts: friendly, communicative and very attentive to all of our family. They are super hosts! "We went to Licciana Nardi for a family wedding. Our group of 12 family members (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) rented this home to stay close to the venue. We loved it! The pool was amazing. The views are fantastic. The owners were responsive to questions and the caretakers explained everything about the house. Very smooth process. Highly recommend!!!"

"The room was tidy and small, but perfect for our two night stay. The location was a short walk from the train station and another short walk to the downtown area and restaurants. The breakfast was very nice, but the coffee maker only made one coffee at a time, and one of the two machines were not working, this made for a long wait for coffee. "
