Hotel is very close to the city center, walkable. Staff are very nice, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast selections are great, they will cook omelette every morning if requested. Terrace is nice to watch the balloons go up in arly morning. Be prepared for a short hilly walk going to the hotel-

Helpfully staff, very good breakfast they make your own omelette, very good Variety of food, The manager help us to book red and green tour and ballon Walking distance to town 3 minutes, many shops and restaurant be aware is not air conditioning in the property But is not the only one they provide airfan, i will rate this property and the staff 10 star

Great little cave hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay here. Easy access to the Main Street (5 minutes walk) and lots of dining options in the street. Room is cozy and warm. Quiet and feel safe.

What an incredible gem! With only 8 rooms, this hotel is cozy yet classic in its cave-style architecture. Loved the rooftop patio and the breakfast was incredible.

I was travelling with my friend and we had the most amazing stay at Apex Cave Hotel! We stayed in one of the cave suites and it was just delightful, such a unique experience and scenery. Everyone was so helpful even before our arrival, with great assistance in booking airport transfers, tours and the hot air balloon rides. Each of these experiences were perfect so we appreciate their guidance in selecting tour companies. Every breakfast was wonderful - fresh omelettes, bourek (among other goodies) and delicious coffee. The view from their rooftop terrace was breathtaking. While we got up early to walk to “sunrise peak”, we made a stop at our terrace and looked no further. There’s a perfect view of the hot air balloons in the morning and so much cozier right from “home”. We also want to particularly thank Hazel who absolutely went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She was wonderfully warm, knowledgeable and hospitable. Overall, excellent stay, the hotel is in a great location near many good restaurants and cafes. We were truly sad to leave!

This hotel is small but so nice and you can see the balloons from the terrace. The staff was very helpful and welcoming to us. The wine bottle as a welcome gift was the cherry on top of this incredible experience. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Tessekürler!

THE HOTEL DID NOT HAVE A PROPER HEATING SYSTEM. EXPEDIA AND THE HOTEL REFUSE TO GIVE A REFUND. We booked for two nights but could not stay. The rooms were too cold. Although the heater was on, it was not enough to warm up the room. We left because I was concerned about my health. I’m extremely disappointed in Expedia and Apex Hotel because they refuse to give me a refund. Even though I offered to pay for one night, out of the two. I will take this matter to the highest level possible. This is unacceptable. The client ends up being punished for Expedia’s lack of customer service. It’s not about the money, it’s about being fair.

DEAR GUESTThere are equal heating systems in all our rooms in our hotel and they work with electricity. The room temperature in the room you booked was sufficient for accommodation and was warm. The same conditions were valid for the room you upgraded to. Unfortunately you did not choose to stay in our hotel and left our hotel. We know that your cancellation policies are within the knowledge of expedia and you, as a hotel, we have done our best in accordance with the cancellation policy. Since you made your payment to expedia, you should contact expedia as part of the cancellation policy. If you want a refund, contact expedia, I repeat, because you paid there, our hotel is not responsible. Our hotel and staff did everything for you.It is very sad that you try to defame our hotel and the service provide in this way.Kind Regards

The staff are extremely warm and super helpful! Our Hotair baloon got cancelled because of bad weather, but they went out of their way to find us another slot available! Extremely friendly and made my 6 year old feel very comfortable This property is definately the best value for money

The hotel is so cozy, the terrace is absolutely charming with tables and chairs in one side and an area with carpets and cushions for the guests to get bare feet and hang out. The breakfast was FANTASTIC, the staff was extremely friendly, The day time receptionist was such a easy going person with such a sweet personality although extremely sharp in helping us with 2 unexpected situations with tours. I could keep going on and on, but over all a very unforgettable experience.

The property was way nicer than I expected for the value of it, the people at the front desk were incredibly nice and even held on to our luggage all day when we asked them to since we had a late bus.

First of all, it is a brand new property in the middle of Göreme. The staff and owner of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They made everything to make our stay comfortable. It is a hotel where you feel at home. Location is great. Rooms are spacious and each room has a unique design. We stayed in a room called 'hermaphrodite' and we just loved it. Breakfast was good and the view is amazing from its terrace. This was my 5th stay at Cappadocia and this hotel is by far the best. I totally recommend this hotel if you want to experience 'feels like home atmosphere in a very central location'.

Now, concerning the alleged deficiencies in your room, it's worth noting that communication is a two-way street. You could ask us for an extra blanket and duvet, you didn't do this. If you had bothered to inform us of any issues during your stay, we could have addressed them. Instead, we were left in the dark. We're not mind readers; we rely on guests to voice their concerns. Had you taken the initiative to communicate, we could have made changes and potentially upgraded your room. Our commitment to cooperation extends only as far as guests' willingness to engage with us. We provided the platform; you chose silence. In the future, if you encounter any inconveniences, do yourself a favor: speak up. We're not here to anticipate your every need; we're here to assist when you communicate your needs. It is very sad that you try to defame our hotel and the service provide in this way. Kind Regards

Ótimo hotel! O quarto é excelente e garante uma experiência imersiva na cidade. O café da manhã é muito bom, com omeletes feitos na hora. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. O único ponto negativo é que a rua do hotel não pode ser acessada de carro, o hotel fica em uma subida, mas que pode ser feita em uma rápida caminhada de 2 a 3 minutos.

Otel çalışanlarının ilgi ve alakası gerçekten çok iyi, çok güler yüzlü insanlar ve isteklerimize samimi şekilde yardımcı oldular. Otel temizliği iyi seviyede. Konumu çok iyi hem merkeze çok yakın hem de terasında vakit geçirmek çok keyifli. Araç için dar sokaklarda bulduğunuz yere koymanız gerekiyor özel park yeri yok. Tek eksisi gece biraz gürültü olabiliyor. Oteller çok iç içe ve yapı gereği dışardan ses alabilirsiniz. Genel olarak keyifli diyebilirim.

옥상 뷰가 정말 좋은 숙소에요. 굳이 새벽에 사진찍으로 뷰 포인트까지 가지 않아도 괴레메 마을을 배경으로 이쁜 사진을 찍을 수 있습니다! 그리고 직원분이 굉장히 친절하세요. 필요한 게 있으면 최대한 도와주려고 하십니다. 방도 깨끗하고, 따뜻한 물도 잘 나와서 쉬기에 정말 좋았어요~ 저같은 경우는 야간버스를 타야해서 체크아웃 이후에 씻을 곳이 필요했는데, 화장실을 쓸 수 있도록 해줘서 덕분에 간단히 세면도 할 수 있었습니다. 아 그리고 여기 조식도 굉장히 훌륭합니다. 종류도 많고 맛도 괜찮아요. 괴레메 숙소를 찾으시면 여기 호텔 가세요!

Es un hotel pequeño pero muy bien ubicado en Göreme las vistas son espectaculares desde su terraza puedes ver el amanecer y el atardecer. es limpio muy acogedor todo está cerca la calle principal 5 minutos caminado la verdad me volvería a quedar ahí

편안한 휴식을 주는 호텔입니다
규모가 작은 호텔입니다 그래서 더욱 친절하고 최대한의 도움을 주려고 합니나 동굴 호텔이라 추울까 냄새는 나지 않을까 걱정했는데 관리가 잘 된 깨끗한 호텔입니다 조명이 그리 밝지않아서 더욱 아늑해 보이는 효과가 있네요 아늑하고 따뜻해서 투어후에 휴식을 취하기에 아주 좋습니다 참 조식또한 훌륭했습니다 각종치즈와 햄과 오이 토마토, 빵, 과일,오믈렛, 감자튀김,소시지, 매일바뀌는 전통음식 한가지씩 너무 많아 다 먹을수가 없었네요
