We had an amazing time! The staff went above and beyond to help us book tours, airport shuttle, and hot air balloon ride at a good price. Super friendly and communicative. The place has great location for walking to restaurants. Lovely rooftop to view sunrise. Highly recommend. We would definitely come back

I had a lovely three night stay at this hotel. It’s less than a ten minute walk to the main road where all the restaurants are located. Each morning, the guest house provides a decent breakfast for guests, and my room, while simple, had a view of the hot air balloons floating by. A great stay overall!

We had a wonderful experience at the Karadut Cave Hotel! The breakfast was simple, but delicious. Faruk at the reception desk was very pleasant and helpful and spoke English. He helped us book transportation from airport and booked the hot air balloon activity before we got there! Highly recommended!

Cute basic hotel , near to everything. Customer service is exceptional ,view is amazing . You can enjoy the sunset from the terrace , also, breakfast is delicious.

It was a good stay

During my trip to Cappadocia, I was able to stay comfortable with my body and mind. The travel distance of the main street near the bus terminal was appropriate, and the view of the outdoor terrace on the rooftop was a wonderful accommodation, In particular, thank you for your kindness to my family.

This place was perfect for my few day stay in Goreme. Faruk helped recommend many activities in the area and helped reserve my hot air balloon experience. The room had all amenities as expected and the breakfast with the hotel was very good. Will definitely come back here if I visit Cappadocia again!

Loved my stay here. 10 min walk from town centre. Friendly staff. Great views of balloons on rooftop. Simple breakfast but good. Ceiling crumbly as it is a cave, but sometimes floor felt gritty. No fault of hotel! Hotel cats roam around. Very cute!

Nothing to complain about, the stay was perfect. It was a beautiful place with everything you may need. There was also an amazing terrace and the view for balloons was great. Room was spacious enough, really clean, with all amenities needed (towels,cosmetics etc.). I'd definitely come back in the future :) Thank you to a really easy going reception

The hotel was conveniently located near downtown. It's extremely walkable. There is breakfast included which is in a nice dining area where you can watch the balloons. The room is inside a cave. It needs to be maintained. The front door is hard to open and the ceiling of the bathroom has debris falling. I believe that is a feature of the natural caves, but it's annoying to have the debris on your toiletries. The shower would also clog up (I am assuming from the debris that would come down from the ceiling). The beds were comfortable and the room was warm. The staff is extremely nice and personable. They were helpful with tour bookings and transportation. Overall, it's a nice hotel, but wished it would be renovated during the off peak seasons.

Friendly for solo travel to make new friends

My stay at the Karadut hotel was outstanding because of the friendly people I met, having a comfortable room, and the personalized experience during my stay as a solo traveler. The hospitality the staff provided was wonderful and they took care of you as if you were old friends. I chose Karadut over other hotels specifically because of the dining room and rooftop lounges with an amazing view of the city and air balloon balloons over the sky in the morning. Also the common areas were where I made new friends from around the world and planned some tours together. Nahide made the breakfast spread daily and was tasty. Faruk helped organize all of the tours with reputable operators at a better or same price as Viator and other sites so let him handle it. Ali worked the night shift and at sunrise ensured all guests made it to their transportation for their tours which was very sweet and added touch of genuine hospitality. It was sad to leave such a wonderful place but looking forward to returning in the future! Thank you guys!

It is located at the end of town, however it is only a 5 min walk to the town center, ATM, bus terminal and supermarket. There are great restaurants and tour companies within one minute walk from hotel. It is very quiet so that one can enjoy the view and have a good night sleep. As a solo female traveler, it feels fairly safe. Bring a small flash light for a small stretch of dirt road that has less street light if you come back after dark. Alican and staff are extremely helpful and friendly from setting up airport pickup, tour arrangement to daily inquiry. They are accessible through whatsapp if they are not at the front desk. Breakfast offers good bread, egg, cake, fruit, cheese and olive with hot water and tea available all day long. Room has no AC but the fan is sufficient when the walls are built out of stone after all. Very clean. Can see balloon fly by in the morning. Stayed for four night in a room with windows and will totally recommend this property to others.
