“The overall stay was not bad. The neighborhood is terrible, the house it self was not terrible either but when I brought us some sanitary issues with the property management he acted like he did not know. I asked for my cleaning fee back that was included in the price with no response back. The communication stopped after the stay was over and nothing being done afterward! Beware of the property is all I have to say.”

“House was beautiful! We were in town for the Kentucky Derby, so everything was higher than normal, but this house was still reasonable compared to others. Location was great! Nice neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and the river. Very peaceful and not at all concerned with safety. The upstairs suite was huge! Tons of room and everything we needed.”

“Nicely renovated, very good security for access to common area, elevator and rooms. Location is nice for walking to several attractions and dining spots. Owner was great to answer questions.”

“Such a great place for our group to crash for a one night. Everything was as described and the bathroom had even more of a wow factor once in it. Loved the well manicured backyard with some yard games. The neighborhood was peaceful, which is often the big unknown. Excellent stay all around. One small ps - be aware an older home with beautiful wood floors can have some creaks but that’s to be expected.”
