“Absolutely wonderful place! The owner Ron made checking in an absolute breeze, and was there to greet my wife and I at the door. The Mansion is an absolute beauty inside, very well kept, and just reeks of pre Civil War beauty, that one would expect. We were treated to a sit down Breakfast, (don't even think normal hotel stuff) this was made to order, by the innkeeper, who was an absolutely wonderful lady and hostess. This will now be my permanent go-to stay, while in the Louisville area!”

“The room was clean the beds were comfortable, the indoor pool is heated, the staff were friendly and helpful. I rented the ro for my daughter escaping a domestic situation and they kept her name private in case he called looking for her. It’s in a great location in downtown New Albany right across the river from Louisville. I highly recommend, will stay here again.”

“I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff.”

“A very positive, welcoming staff. There was a pool table, Jenga and Connect Four for the child and adults available for use. The gym looked clean and the pool was inviting.”

“I had to find a hotel fast when our plane was sent to Louisville. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was above average.”

“This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better.”

“Very nice hotel, staff was pleasant. However, when asked for extra pillow was advised that only maintenance had access. I think the front desk clerk was the only person on duty. Which I Found that kind of strange that there was no one else available since the hotel was very busy.”

“Room was damp. upholstery was stained. floor tiles in the bathroom were loose. The pool was closed for remodeling, which was a big inconvenience with a six year old. Had counted on the pool after a long day of travel. Expedia advertised with pool! Breakfast was good and staff was nice.”

“House keeping wasn’t good. Stayed 4 nights and they never replaced the cups and coffee packs I used. Also there were no breakfast options without paying. Probably won’t stay there again.”
