“Far too expensive for what they deliver. We had to call 4 times to get someone up to free up the corridor from loud party guys at 1 am, they even nocked on bedroom doors. The breakfast was dry/over cooked. Not to repeat”

“My husband and I were extremely happy with Drury Inn & Suites East in Louisville, KY. The hotel was comfortable, quiet and clean. The front desk staff members were very friendly and helpful throughout our 2 night stay. Breakfast was the same menu both mornings but we stayed for only 2 nights.
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The pool and pool area was clean.

“Check in was horrible. Book my king room in January 2026, while I’m checking the staff told me my room is booked out. Waited for about 30mins before they can get me a double bed.
Housekeeping was horrible. Ask the night before for cleaning didn’t get it at all. Had to call again for cleaning. Location was great and convenient. ”
