“Beautiful property situated less than 100 feet from shopping and dining, but wonderfully quiet in apartment - couldn't ask for more! Was concerned at first at steep stairway entering (a bit afraid of heights if I have to look down), but used back stairs the rest of the time without any issue. Laundry on site was a big plus. Kitchen spotless; apartment tasteful and comfortable - thank you for a wonderful stay, David!”

“The room it self was fine just as it was described aside from the Internet not working but we didn't mind that. The only issue we had was the residents in the other rooms were less than friendly, this isn't anything the room owner could help. I'm assuming they have had a bad experience with other visitors. Also the guy that checks parking passes was extremely rude. Again I don't believe the renter was at fault for the way the people that live in other rooms acted. The room was clean and the……

“Location was great. Short walk to beach. Great view. The room was small, which I knew , but the layout could be improved with minimal effort. No space at all to cook / prepare anything. Shower too low ( need to bend over if over 5’5”). ”

“The beach was just right over the dunes from us and visible from our room. Everything you need in a compact area. We were able to get groceries to cook a little and enjoyed the beach without having to leave in the car.”
