The home is one row away from the beach, easy walk to the beach access only a few steps away. Nice neighborhood. Within a 3 min walk to a great restaurant/bar Island Grill. Also a short walk to the pier. Home was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you"

"Our stay was wonderful and the place was perfect! Great location very close to the beach and several good restaurants. The place was so clean and had amenities many other rentals dont offer! The home was also well kept and so nicely decorated that we enjoyed just relaxing at the house and enjoying the space on a few of our rainy days and took advantage of the large back deck for reading in the sunshine on some of the nice days. Woody was very responsive and helpful and made our check in and out...

"Very clean, elegant, beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything imaginable. The host was so sweet and very attentive to all of our needs, which we didn't have any because she had thought of everything. All we had to bring with us was our clothes and bath soap because she furnished everything else including shampoo and conditioner. The host and the house made us feel like we where at home away from home. The location was perfect. It was in a quiet rural neighborhood in the country but...

"Great. Except: BIG PROBLEM with TV in living room. For some ridiculous reason, the only tv available was via streaming channels. There was no standard remote and no way to enter digits for ANY channels. Thus there was no local or national or international news available via regular TV. NO CNN, NO MSNBC, NO Fox, NO live sports. What kind of crap is that?"

"My husband and two young children stayed here and it was just as the listing described. Very clean and conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and the beach. The owner was very responsive to any questions. The kitchen was stocked with all you could need and there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We loved our trip to Emerald Isle and will definitely be back."

"This house is so clean, peaceful and quiet. The location is perfect. My mom and my husband enjoyed the pier. They actually caught a nice size fish our last morning here. The owner was easy to reach and always responded right back. I am truly happy I found this place and that I got to celebrate my birthday here with my family. My adult children fell in love with it as well."
