Blue River Condo on the Comal

Our condo is located just a few blocks from the charming German town of New Braunfels and is just 3 miles from historic Gruene Texas. This beautifully newly decorated condo is designed to reflect the blue/green river colors which is located just a few steps away. Inverness complex is located on the Comal Riverbank which provides clean, clear cool water that stays at 72 degrees year around. This limestone -based river has been drawing tubers, paddle boarders, snorkelers, and divers for years. You can see the world famous Schlitterbahn park just across the street. We have all the amenities adults and children can enjoy. You can put your tube in the river at the condo's private park on the river and go tubing without waiting in rental lines and paying for transportation. You can easily walk to Schlitterbahn, Comal tube chutes, restaurants and nightlife located two blocks to downtown New Braunfels.
Inverness building has covered parking, elevators and luggage carriers to help move in and out. This condo features fully furnished two bedrooms/two full baths, comfortable living space, washer/dryer, kitchen and dining area. The common grounds have a large deck, river park, pool, grills, picnic tables and direct entry to the river.

Perfect Spot

We had a great time staying in this condo. We appreciated that it had everything we needed while there. We stayed during the week so it wasnt crowded and even had the pool to ourselves. Our kids loved the bunkbed room. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Memorial Day Getaway

Great family trip for weekend stay - enough space for family gathering. Prime location, easy drop in to float right outside. Grounds were great - loved the large deck area with tables. Parking garage easy access w/elevator. Security on premises. Had a wonderful time, and planning to return soon for more family memories. :)

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a central location to float the river or go to Schlitterbahn. All the beds were comfy and we had plenty of space for our family of 5.

Great Two Weeks

Condo was welcoming and clean, communication quick and easy. Nice to be able to see the river from balcony, but the community decks were nice too. New Braunfels is such a cute little town, very walkable; main street one direction, ice cream, pizza, couple of restaurants the other. So nice to have an elevator and cart for moving in and out. Would stay again.

Great Location

Having stayed in several locations on the comal, this is the best. Inverness is perfect and this room was as well. Beds and couch are very comfortable. Security to keep randoms out is not over bearing, its perfect. Only thing i could see someone say is hot water doesnt work, however IT DOES, just takes a few minutes to warm up. Will stay again!

Right on River

This condo was perfect for our family weekend get away. We had three adults, three teens, and two children. We were all comfortable. Condo was right on the Comal. We were able to put in and float about an hour to the last exit, and then it was a easy walk to the condo. Kids loved playing in the river and swimming in the pool. Easy access to activities.

The condo was amazing! Incredible location to hop on the Comal. Close to restaurants and shopping in Gruene. Condo had everything you need. Debra is an excellent communicator if you have any questions. My girls and I had a wonderful trip. Would love to stay here again.

Summmer vacation

My husband and I, along with our 3 children stayed for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The access to the river and pool location were perfect. It was fun to sit and watch people floating the river go by! The bunk room was perfect for our 3 kids and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a relaxing stay as I was there on Business, Quiet though it is off season that I stayed Willstay again of business leanins to that part of the country.

Great place to stay!

Our stay was great and enjoyed it. Only issue we had was when we parked our second vehicle under the covered parking when a storm rolled in. There were 3 total cars parked there but we received a text saying to move our car or it would be towed.

Unable to stay due to hurricane and owners were great!!

Hurricane Beryl came in the Monday we were supposed to check in. The owner was very nice knowing we were driving in from Houston. We purchased the insurance and needed lots of information to get our money returned. She was so helpful in anyway possible she could be. We will be going there soon as so missed our trip at her wonderful co do.
