「Went way beyond my expectations. Upon my arrival, there was a young guy who had no personality, and not helpful at all. There was a lady there name Tasha, she made our whole experience there remarkable. First impressions is always lasting, and with that being said, I would stay here again, just because of the energy she brought to the property. The rooms were very comfy and clean, and being i had a kitchenette, it was very stocked with everything needed. Will frequent this hotel anytime I'm in...

「The wind blew the hotel's luggage cart rolled off the front front entry and damage my car and because customer on the front porch. The employees did nothing to take it in or secure it. The manager just argued with me about it and that it was the other customers responsibilty. Hello! I have worked in the hotel and restaurant industry for several. He has no idea about hotel property responsibility and customer services. This operator is terrible.」

The facet in the bathroom sink would only turn on to a dribble. The neighbours across the hall were quite loud speaking so we had to listen to their conversation till wee hours of the morning. Reported broken items to front desk in the morning. Nothing written down or noted. I would not recommend...
