"Where do I begin--- 1) upon checking in Friday a maintenance guy was parked in the driveway so I had to contact the owner where to park since the property is on a very narrow road and there is no available street parking, 2) maintenance guy was on the property for almost 2 hours to get heat and hot water working, 3) I was instructed to turn up the heat to heat up the water (that didn't work, couldn't take comfortable warm showers at bedtime after a long travel day), 3) left early in the morning...

"The decibel level of pipe noise was like nothing Ive ever heard before. I actually recorded it unfortunately this app doesn’t allow uploads, impossible to sleep throughout the night. The best way to describe it would be a knocking, rattling, tapping sound but extremely loud and long lasting and this occurred every 20 min or so. In addition the kitchen has no curtains and when I reached out to the host his response was “we are on a corner lot with privacy ”. Next morning I saw four men right...

"We had plenty of beds to accommodate all 9 of us in the house. They provided everything we needed from dishwasher and laundry detergent to towels. The property manager was extremely responsive. Could not have asked for a better host!! "
