"The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. "The listing said there were 2 king beds and there was only one. The faces of the cabinets were falling off and one of the kitchen drawers was also busted. Cobwebs throughout the property. Holes in walls covered up by curtains. Electrical outlets that didn’t work. Broken toilet seat. Furniture and linens VERY different than shown. Basement does not look like what is shown. 2 bedrooms in basement (not shown) with no heat, and very dungeon looking. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The listing...
