Just like their other property, the EZ check in with no staff on site really is nice. Room clean, well stocked, and property is pretty big with lots of room for relaxing and adventure. Took my Son for a quick trip, and planning on another trip sooner then later!

Absolutely loved our stay!! There was a little confusion with check-in because it’s definitely not a hotel vibe. It’s more of a hostile vibe with a code to get in the door, which we loved, but when you expect to see a receptionist desk and there was nobody there to tell us what to do, We were a little confused lol. However the property was beautiful incredible location to their little private beach. The beach was clean. The room was amazing and we all had a great time. We will definitely stay there again.

Staying at The Neighborhood Hotel in Grand Beach, MI was a delight. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. And the two-bedroom suite was perfect for a family of three with a fully furnished kitchen. The plush bed, modern bathroom, and thoughtful touches (coffee station and reliable Wi‑Fi) made us feel right at home. We loved the heated pool! The hotel location is an easy 3 minutes walk to the breach and downtown New Buffalo. We will be coming back! Highly recommended! 🌟🏖️

This was a very unique hotel and we loved it. In a wooded, quiet area you had the comforts of a hotel while surrounded by nature. The game room was fun to use and our room was comfortable and clean. Close by to shopping and attractions.

Great place to stay. The property manager Pamela was very kind and helpful and was very sweet to myself and my daughter. We will definitely come back when we can utilize the pool and fire pits. Short walk to small beach great for collecting rocks.

This property was in a wooded area. It would be a great place to stay on retreat with a group or with friends that want to go glamping. There’s a pool, firepit, and a nice community area. Our room was clean and the customer service was great. It’s not within walking distance of the beach, shopping, or restaurants so keep that in mind. We had to drive everyday.

Cottage 14 was perfect for our girls getaway. It was clean, comfortable, cozy and adorable. The beds were comfortable. The only minor negative was the rock path from parking to the cottage. Note: the upstairs bedroom is very toasty warm when the heat is on, but we just cracked the window and it was fine. We would definitely stay here again. Very pleasant stay.
