"I would not suggest this place for a senior guest. The front desk forgot to tell us about a written tv guide, and a cart to be used for baggage until they saw us taking up the third lode of baggage. The tv was too challenging to use for a senior guest. The room for a senior guest was 4th floor at the end of the hallway. Very challenging to walk that far. The room was huge, kitchen nice, bathroom with rails very helpful. Why would you put a handicapped room at the farthest room away from the front door. Not able to ask for a 1st floor easy acess room when placing the reservation. "

"We were pretty upset that the pool was under maintenance. When I booked the hotel there was no mention of it."

"Staff was very friendly. Hotel building is a little dated, but rooms were nice. The hallway smelled like weed but the hotel cant so much about people breaking the rules. I would stay here again if the price was right. "

"The room was clean and we were able to get new towels. The doors all have a huge gap and look like they were ordered without measuring first. The pool deck was disgusting and needs some TLC. There was hair and trash on the floor. "
