“My group of friends has stayed at this house twice now, once over NYE and now for a summer long weekend. The house has a great layout for multiple couples to spread out and all have some space. We rented kayaks and were able to have them dropped off prior to check in with permission from the owner.”

“Cottage was in a great location! Easy checkin and check out. Love the proximity to shops, nature and my mother’s house. Had a small issue the first night since it was so hot and the AC wasn’t on before arrival. Despite the quaint space, it took a lot of time for it to cool down to a manageable temperature. Would recommend if arriving on a day over 85 that you request the AC be turned on the morning of your arrival for comfort.Few other items to note to future guests: be aware the designated……

“This property has everything you need for a friends weekend. Pickelball, pool, basketball, even golf hitting net were all used by our group and we enjoyed the TV room and large outdoor space. Takes a little navigating to get there, but the directions were well done and communication with the owner was great. They were very responsive to all of our questions. “This was a comfortable place to stay overnight in Wilmington, an easy drive to downtown and back, off-street parking, and a simple check-in, all for a reasonable price. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't in the kitchen a lot. I let the host know and they said they would work to improve it.”

“The house was adorable in a quiet neighborhood just outside Kennett Square. We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and we were only 5 min from the fields and 5 minutes from many dining options. The house was well stocked with what we needed to cook while we stayed and the rooms were comfortable. We had two families and had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The dome and surrounding areas looks like it does in the photos, and using the compost toilet, shower, etc were pretty easy even for a camping novice like myself. The farm is beautiful and quiet. Good opportunities for birding too. I never saw or heard the gentlemen who live in the farmhouse, I only saw their cars come and go. I came here for rest and a connection to nature, and that’s what I got. I’d love to come back in the future! I think it would be even nicer later in the spring.”

“The river house has an absolutely amazing view! My kids were thrilled with the chance to fish off a very long dock and even get their feet in the water on a small beach below the house (when the tide was out).
