It was nice that the hosts left us farm fresh eggs - great gesture.There was no central air in the home and the air unit in the living room only worked for 5 mins of our 5 day stay there. The battub has really bad rust stains and yellow-stained walls. We went and bought flip flops to wear in the shower.The animals on sight were not very loud in the am, which was nice that it did not wake us up.

This was a great place to stay. It's far enough away from the city that you aren't in the middle of everything yet close enough that you can still enjoy everything it has to offer. We stayed with our 1 year old and we were happy to see that the owner even had some toys available for him to play with. Would definitely stay here again.

We were in the area ro pick up a car for my son. Location was great for us. Relatively close to NFL Hall of Fame which was on our list. Home doe not have central air, but there are multiple portable air units. It was over 90 when we were there and we were fine. They had them running before we arrived. Home needs updating, but was fine. We had to call to get our access info. They never emailed it and they never answered a single question we posted in the app. I found that very irritating. Evolve can certainly do better or ownership needs a new management company.
