“A very sweet old inn. The magnolia room was very clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious. I enjoyed the coffee station right outside the door and the bottled water in the min-fridge was a nice bonus. The shared bathroom was newly updated and very clean. The front porch rockers were lovely to sit and read. There is currently no food on site so bring your own or dine out- the owners provide a good book of suggestions. It’s an easy .6 mile walk to beautiful North Beach which is much less crowded……

“Everything was perfect from the initial email to the final goodbye. Wonderful common room (entire first floor), cozy bedroom with A/C and TV. Shower was nice and hot. And the amazing homemade breakfast to order was the cherry on time. Highly recommend”

“If you're looking for a peaceful getaway in a remote location this beautiful treehouse in NH is the ideal spot. My wife had always dreamed about a getaway in a cabin during winter since she is from a tropical island. Being a treehouse, this was an added bonus. Very impressed with the amount of detail that went into the design. The hosts were extremely gracious and even allowed us to check in early since we were driving all the way from FL. Would love to come back and experience it in the……

“A classic New England B&B. Light on frills but absolutely comfortable.”

“The venue is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable! We stayed three nights in a two-bedroom suite and I loved the coffee bar and access to the large kitchen and refrigerator. The only downside was the lack of communication during check-in and our stay. There’s no on-site staff, which can be tricky if you don’t have cell service. At one point, my son was locked out of his room due to a faulty door lock, and I couldn’t reach anyone for assistance. Thankfully, he was able to get in, but no……

“Didn't like that no staff was available or reachable! Power out - no response. Check-in problems - no staff or response. Coffee maker quit - nobody to help us or to inform on site in the moment Reservations were a mess due to "responses" from Expedia (our booking service), VRBO, and "Hosteeva" - the last 2 of which we never used! Who is in charge and why are they not there? The system sucks.”
