I didnt have a chance to get to go there. When i tried to call befor my reservation to get an idea what the deposit for my room would be. I was never able to get in touch with anyone. When i arrived i was then told that the deposit was almost the same amount for the stay. Why such a large deposit for a 2 day stay. I understand its regeular for a place to require a deposit but that was almost what i paid for my stay, yes paid because i was not allowed to get a refund. I have been to many hotels on trips never have i been asked for that much at a non resort hotel. So i cant rate the actual place just how my experience was dealing with them. It looked nice from the pictures. But i wont ever go back

Great place, decent kitchen, big space, very convenience location. By the way, place seems haven't updated very long time. Everything is outdated. Structures are very nice. Two floor design with two separate bathrooms, very impressive. But still we will not coming back.

The property looked good in pics but was actually very run down. Carpets dirty and torn, generally just not in great shape. Floor felt spongy. No tissues, glasses in bathroom, thin towels and no extras. Bedding felt worn and pillows were flat and lumpy. Breakfast was ok, front desk people were nice but we won’t be back.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances were a little dated and there was suppose to be housekeeping once a week but no one came to clean our room. Had to go and get garbage bags and clean towels.

When we got to the Villa, our room was dirty and incomplete. We asked for a change of room. The person did not want to change it. I have to show rhat they still had rooms available. Then, sent us to a room that the water from the toilet was floating. He saw we had a baby. After that, another person changed us to a better and complete room. Our stay was not pleasant!

Staff was very rude and disrespectful they had me book another room I was compliment enough to spend another $200 on a room and she denied us service because of our comments toward each there as me and my brothers were checking in she was upset because I said this is the worst service I received a hotel in years

Started staying there last week made a deposit then it went up! without warning so that was a little awkward but hey it’s a business and I understand. However, I didn’t understand at first my deposit would get moved to the new reservation because I couldn’t afford to pay it weekly so I had to pay day to day and all of a sudden one of the managers tell me that I can’t do it no more so every night I get a room I have to pay deposit, which I understand because this is a business but what I don’t understand is that should of been told to me at the beginning I respect the LGBTQIA2S staff ( the two young females are heterosexual) but business is business and it should be done right

Breakfast could use a few more options. When I checked in the guy at the desk seemed like he had a long day and came off as a little rude he thought he was about to go back and forth with about the deposit fee I just said Ok and checked into my room to enjoy my stay just because his energy is off don’t mean mine has to.

Personal stay experience
Surroundings were clean, quiet for the most part except occasional loud footsteps by persons in above apartment. The unit i was in had old appliances despite the new ones shown in the photos. They only have coffee between break fast hours also

TV had very limited stations. NFL playoff game would have been nice. Breakfast started to late to be used. Stopped in office to check out and at least get a coffee but no one at desk after trying to get in with key card, then ringing the intercom bell a few times, I finally gave up and just left.

This property is in need of renovations. First room had no heat and smelled pretty badly of smoke. Second room we moved to was slightly improved. We cut our stay a night short - it just wasn’t comfortable.

The rooms were large, twice as large as downtown hotels. The beds were clean enough. But the heater was very noisy, the vent in the bathroom was very noisy, the carpets were very dirty, the “non-smoking” room smelled like a casino, the lighting was also very poor, the long-term stay neighbors were very loud, breakfast was terrible. Not hospitable at all! Check-in at midnight also took 30 minutes as staff could be more competent. I needed another room to be close to mine and sent messages ahead of time but did not happen either. Will never stay here or recommend it to friends.

Pictures on web lied. Filthy old room. Toilet stop
Took a while to get through security door to check in desk. We had to call intercom at 5:00 pm. Filthy Room. Stopped up toilet with plunger on sidewalk as we approached room. Foul smell. Sign at parking space warning of theft. We turned right around, even though I prepaid, and checked-in at LaQunita down the street.

If you're considering staying here...Don't! $150 deposit for a place that stunk like cigarettes and weed. Burn marks on the tables and carpet. Called to tell them and no offer of another room or discount was offered. Luckily, we were just crashing for 1 night. Took over a week to get the deposit back. "Breakfast" is a joke for that price. Seems to be transients using it as short term rentals. Please be aware of the fine print, deposit will not be refunded in full as they take taxes out of it. Again, DO NOT STAY here.
