“The staff was the highlight of the experience. The front desk lady was so very kind , friendly, patient and accommodating without hesitation. Pool was clean and open late which allowed my daughter to enjoy after arriving around 9pm. 12pm checkout time was an awesome bonus and they even allowed us an extra 30 min upon requesting. Room was cozy and glad they had fridge/microwave .Very grateful for staff and experience as a whole. ”

“Front desk personnel were great. I even witnessed the manager expertly, politely, and professionally deal with a rude, upset guest. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. The only down side was that a guest in the room above me was very loud. I asked the desk to ask them to keep it down. He either didn't speak to tue guest or the guest (which is most likely) just ignored him. Otherwise a nice stay.”

“1st room there was a cokroach on the night stand. Requested another room. That room had crumbs in the bed when the sheets were pulled back. Received a refund. ”

“Need to purchase a new hot water heater to accommodate the entire hotel. The hot water heater went out during our stay. Quickly repaired but not enough hot water for showers when hotel is full. ”

“The bed was very uncomfortable and felt old and wore out, the hotel was very clean and everything else was good. However at the price point they should include better shampoo and conditioner and also include body wash instead of facial bars ”

“The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly and greated us very politely even when checking in at 130am. Smooth check in and check out! Breakfast was well rounded and the staff was very accommodating! Great place to stay! ”
