Our 14yo took over the lower floor , which has its own bathroom and kitchenette. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and full bathroom and kitchen. This is a great newly remodeled housen but it is onan older / less "kept" street having said that- we never felt unsafe at all and we had no issues. Never an issue with parking - there were always multiple spots available on the street right in front of the property. One...

「Nice quiet neighborhood. Clean and close to places where we wanted to visit. Website and description of amenities need to be updated. There was no hot tub/spa tub, and no washer and dryer. It may have been in the basement, but the door was locked to the lower level. Overall, decent place to stay for the price. 」

「Nice place. Well appointed. The deck is great. I found the bed comfortable, my cousin thought hers was a bit soft. Different preferences, most likely. Guests should be aware that there are steep stairs to get inside (Welcome to Pittsburgh, folks!) and the second bathroom is just a toilet in the basement. It was fine for three sisters, but I can’t imagine 7 people sharing the one full bathroom. We would stay again if it was just 3 of us.」

「This was a great place to stay for our family of 4 for a couple days exploring the city. The place was very clean and spacious. The kids had their own room with their own bathroom on one floor and us parents the same on another level. Parking on nearby streets was free and easy. There's an awesome brewery next door and a great bakery a few doors down. Great location for seeing many of the sights by walking. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Pittsburgh!」
