“It was a nice place and comfortable and private.Nice deck with plenty of tables (2)and chairs. All was good except the NEST thermostat that kept reverting back to 78, that was a minor issue, and the screen door needs an overhaul.”

“Cozy and quaint cabin. Augusta is quiet and within driving distance of larger communities offering food and shopping. The cabin is located only a few blocks from the Katy Bike Trail. After biking all day, my friend and I relaxed on the front porch. The bedrooms were extremely quiet because the loft is not directly over the lower bedroom, limiting footstep noise. Embrace the rustic feel and imperfections of old log walls and wide board floors. The host was responsive to inquiries.”

“A perfect snowy weekend to celebrate 30 years of friendship. The house was so nice, I would love to stay here again in the warmer months. House was well stocked with all we could possibly need and was sooooo clean and beautiful!! ”

At 3 o’clock on the day of check-in I received all the check-in information for our 4 o’clock arrival. We had an 18 Hour drive to this property so we did not get in until 930 that evening. “This was a very comfortable attractive home with thoughtful details such as creamer in the fridge, robes and whimsical decor. The little town was quaint and quiet and if we’d arrived a week later, more businesses would’ve been open for the summer season. The host was easy to communicate with and entry was easy too. Nice laundry room with detergent. Park across the street for kids and close access to Katy Trail. More wineries in the area than the town website even advertises! Nicely stocked……
