“Classic Hotel that is run well and has a great restaurant.”

“No drama. Good deal for the money, relatively quiet. The minuses were they could use some better pillows just like most hotels and get rid of those terrible super soft feather ones where it takes 37 pillows to prop yourself up to watch TV. Also, the only really annoying thing was the TV controls and the SUPER annoying AI voice every time you entered a command on the TV. It got old real fast. Otherwise, we always stay here, due to the location, close to Old Town and super close to the Freeway……

“The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Even with what appeared to be a remodel in the breakfast area, it was clean. The controls for the climate controls were hidden behind the window curtain. A sign someplace very obvious stating this would be nice. The hot items for breakfast were cold or miising. There was no coffee even after I asked for so I went to a drive thru. The juice and milk were literally room temperature. Maybe the woman needs to skip going outside for her coffee?”

“The staff was wonderful and it is truly a beautiful historic old hotel. The rooms are small and the hot water in the shower was iffy as a result though I am afraid. I would also recommend they have gluten free muffins for breakfast as well as other options. The staff was absolutely delightful though especially TJ, Miles, and Sarah!”

“Great place, laid back and comfortable. Breakfast was a home cooked meal. Cookies in the PM, and coffee/desert at night. Spacious comfy room and great staff communication.”

“Staff very friendly, Restaurant for dinner it was incredible!! Ezequiel help us , friendly, helpful 💯 I👌 the manager very attentive checking over . Breakfast was good too !! They need to update the rooms . Our cleaning lady was great . Front desk same good 😊”

“打开门房间会有一股刺鼻的味道，应该是潮湿不通风造成的，浴室没有窗或抽风，我们打开房门吹了半个小时就好多了。 除此之外都还不错。”
