“Huge wow factor when you come in. It’s a recently converted 130 year old school with high ceilings and beautiful rooms. Fully outfitted to cook your own meals. A three minute walk to the Canal Streetcar. Came with a family of four. Gated for additional safety. Free parking onsite. Gym downstairs is two treadmills and a bunch of barbells and some benches - all you need. 100% would stay here any time we are in the city, especially if staying for a week or more.”

“Clean and spacious room. Easy self check in. Great pool and hot tub in the back with a bar (I used the pool in the morning so I didn’t see the bar operating).
Perfect location within walking distance to the French Quarter but far enough to have plenty of free (and apparently safe) street parking, and no street noise.
Rooms could have more towels tho, specially in a place where there is nobody at the lobby after 6pm. We tried getting more towels in the morning but couldn’t find anyone there……

“An all round excellent hotel.
Safety - safe area, car park is secure with cctv covering it. The building locks at 5pm and a card is required to access it.
Location - just fantastic. A short distance from major locations. The hop on hop off ticket office is located in the building and stops right outside so it’s an excellent way to get around the city and see all of the landmarks.
Staff - phenomenal and went out of their way to assist.
