Elevator hot as hell lol but it has to stay in original condition according to French quarter historical association or whatever so I understand. Otherwise nice place and staff!

This is my favorite place to stay in the French quarter. Even though the building is on the older side the staff will make you feel like family. This is the only hotel I will stay at when I come to New Orleans

My family of 3 had a love stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to everything. Valet parking is a plus specially if you’re staying at French Quarter. Clean facility. Will definitely stay here again next time and recommend this place to our friends and family. Thank you Bienville hotel staffs
