Incredible property. Spacious, clean and wonderful amenities. Bed was uncomfortable but everything else made up for it. The property & location is so ideal to everything that we extended our stay. Thank you California Building. We will be back, soon.

This location is a great location for a quick stay in New Orleans. It is very close to the French quarter, but also accessible to other areas. I would definitely stay at this location again. The only issue that I found a bit frustrating was parking prices, but that is to be expected in a central business district. The apartment was clean, well equipped and quiet. This is the first time I stayed in the CBD, and not The French Quarter and it didn't disappoint!

The room was very large. Everything you needed was available. The only drawback was that it smelled like the floors were mopped with an old smelly mop. Very noisy area, our room just above bus stop. Otherwise great room accommodations. Ridiculous charges at $45+ a night for parking .

Space was nice and reasonable. Had full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, nice closet space and amenities in the building. Only thing we didn’t like was the shower as it was a standing one with no door to keep water from coming out.

Best thing about this place were the people who helped us. The Gm and most of the staff are very helpful. Felt safe but surrounding area is very noisy at night. From the pictures when booking the actual unit was very different. We were expecting to be in a loft type unit. The furniture and dining chairs had stains and flooring needs repair.
