Issue with parking due to the fact the hotel is technically a “commercial residential” stay on property. You shouldn’t have to worry about waking up to a parking ticket .. And when advised by a staff member who moves their vehicle and advise you that space is a parking option for St Pierre. Along with pesticide spraying needed due to guest bitten in several places on body by a bedbug or possible spider. And areas now itching and swollen.

The room was clean. The bed was just right for a good nights sleep. It was way too cold to get in the pool, but it was clean. Staff were awesome. There was a glitch with the heating in my initial room, which they resolved quickly by moving me to at different room. The staff made the environment feel like a warm welcoming community. The location is perfect. Put on your walking shoes and hit it!

Check-in was easy and they were very accommodating our late arrival. The room was clean and bug free. Other than the occasional other occupant walking around at night, the stay was relatively quiet. In terms of everything else it was lackluster. The door was a quarter inch too small for the frame so a constant bright halo flooded into the room at night. Hot water pressure was nonexistent from the sink, the water was frigid no matter what. The ambient temperature was 50 degrees and the heater/AC unit only sent out cold air which was not ideal when it was 40 degrees outside. The toilet did not automatically refill and required me to remove the tank cover and kick start the process. Check-out was quick and easy.

My room was so charming and cozy. Everything was clean. It was elegant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was not able to use the pool because of the weather, but it looked great. The coffee was delicious in the morning. I would highly recommend.

This property is not safe for solo female travelers. I was placed in the “residences” across the street from the main hotel, and the experience was deeply concerning. The room I was given had a strong, unpleasant odor that smelled like water damage or animal urine, making it feel unsanitary and poorly maintained. More importantly, the security on that side of the property was inadequate. The gated entrance that is supposed to restrict access did not automatically close or lock. During the short time I was there (about one hour), I watched multiple people walk in and out without any access control because the gate was left standing open. Guests had to manually close it, which many did not. The surrounding area had a noticeable amount of foot traffic from non-guests, including people walking around and drinking, which makes the lack of a secure, self-locking gate especially concerning. The room doors also felt thin and not very secure for a space that is separated from the main hotel. Because I did not feel safe, I chose to leave and find other accommodations. As a solo female traveler, personal safety should always be a hotel’s top priority. Given the combination of poor room conditions and weak security, I would strongly advise other women traveling alone to avoid this property.

Worst experience dealing with the staff there my wife broke her ankle a week before we were supposed to go and stay there. I contacted them as well as Expedia. Expedia said it was up to the hotel to give approval for a refund and the hotel flat out denied it I tried to reason with the hotel to explain to them that my wife broke her ankle. There’s no way we could go and they had no sympathy at all and just said that was their rule and they wouldn’t give a refund.
