25th Wedding Anniversary

We flew in night before a hurricane and we were planning on a cruise to leave by Thursday but, plans changed! The staff on line were helpful to add an extra day and made everything easy. We did initial have an issue with our air conditioner but, talking with staff on the phone they got it fixed quickly. The hotel manager we tried to contact never returned our text or phone calls. Otherwise everything was good…thank you for the great memories. Great location to EVERYTHING!!! with our

Great Room bad location

My stay was on the 3rd floor with a Chartres St. Balcony. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the balcony was great. Chartres Street is close to a bunch of good places to eat and bars to hang out at. The issue is with the Omni across the street. They roll out their trash and dump it into the container every morning around 4:30 AM. The first night we were woken up to what sounded like 100 wine bottles being thrown off the roof at once. That lasts for the better part of an hour. Then the delivery trucks start arriving. Incessant beeping and alarm noises from whatever they're doing until around 6:30 AM. Its incredibly bad. We went to the drugstore and bought ear plugs just to get some sleep. We checked and there is a noise ordinance for that area, which is unfortunately not enforced.
