Oversized private pool and tiki bar is perfect for the big kids, little ones will enjoy the sandy play area with Gulf view for the little ones!! All this leads you to an oversized dock for launching your kayaks, fishing, watching the manatee/dolphins and watching gorgeous sunsets directly ON the Gulf of Mexico. Properties like this are very rare!! No open water overnight docking BUT we will be offering alternative deep water docking options down the street in a protected canal. Ask us for details before bringing your boat so we can make arrangements for your vessel. No lifts available- approved wet slip only.

4 bedrooms are on the elevated split levels of the house, mother in-law suite on the ground level includes mini kitchen, bath and lounging room. Main living area is immaculately furnished with high end stone counters, wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms are spa quality with walk-in shower and shower head features.
The property sits in an upscale neighborhood and is the ULTIMATE vacation retreat. Rent a boat from Tarpon Springs or Port Richey and head to the beach islands, take a short drive to explore Americas highest rated beaches or North to spring rivers on the Gulf of Mexico or never leave your own private oasis. We offer it all. Free WiFi, and kayaks included! Saltwater poles, heated pool (pool heater not in use during late Spring through early Fall months $35/day for daily winter pool heater use) Pool is heated for your comfort during cooler weather but will not run when temps fall into low 60s or at night when the pump is off. The residential pool heaters will not keep up to maintain comfortable water temps during colder than normal spells. There is no hot tub at this property. Heated pool only. Seated lounging area poolside. Please remember this when booking dates. We will have pool set for low 80° pool temps during winter months upon request with advanced notice..
New Port Richey,FL is the perfect location for taking in all FL has to offer. Downtown New Port Richey is a new booming restored small town that was developed in the 20s by some of Hollywoods celebs is now a great area full of fine dining ,pubs, piano bar, brewery, and ice cream shops. Just 4 miles North on the "Cotee" River and the mouth of the Gulf, 8 waterfront restaurants await you 5 miles away. The sandbar straight out in the Gulf from the house is usually everyones favorite. Beaches nearby include Fred Howard beach/park in Tarpon Springs, Sunset beach in Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island in Dunedin, Clearwater beach and continues all the way down to St Pete beach. We have great shopping experiences all less than an hour away in downtown Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Clearwater beach,Tampa Premium Outlets, Westfield at Citrus Park, International Plaza and Bay Street .
We DO NOT allow any smoking inside or out, NO large parties or gatherings. PLEASE NOTE -quiet time begins at 10pm out of respect for our neighbors. This house is in a quiet residential area so we do ask to respect the neighbors and refrain from excessive daytime noise also. Feel free to message us with any further questions. Wondering what else is in the area?! The boat rental companies are the way to best explore the waterways. It’s about 15 minutes from the house. . We are near some of the most beautiful beaches and islands in the country. 14 miles from Tarpon Springs sponge docks and Fred Howard Beach, 28 miles to beautiful Clearwater Beach, 20 miles to Dunedin shops and marina, 20 miles to Weeki Wachi Springs freshwater kayak trip and famous mermaid shows. Closest large local beach is Fred Howard in Tarpon Springs and Sunset Beach in Tarpon Springs also. Honeymoon Island beaches are beautiful and a place for you to stroll the less crowded beaches. Don't forget about cruising up the river waters or seeing the famous Port Richey stilt houses that Johnny Cash used to stay for vacations and fishing getaways. Tampa International is only 36 miles away and Orlando 110 miles if you are looking to scoot over there for a day. Go visit all these one of a kind places then come back to your own space for peace and quiet. Rest easy, we have got you taken care of.
