Enjoyed our stay!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. House is spacious and nicely equipped with most of what you need for an enjoyable stay. House was clean, but the floors could use a mopping. Our socks were turning black on the bottoms upon arrival (we always remove our shoes indoors), but I found a Swiffer duster and dry pads and went over everything a few times to get most of it up. Having the garage for storage of all the beach items is great. The neighbors that are there permanently seemed nice as well. New smyrna beach is a great town to stay in. A lot of great locally owned restaurants to choose from. House is just a short walk to the beach, but there is parking near the beach ramp if you need to be closer.

Walk to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable house just a few blocks from the beach. It was well furnished and with plenty of room to relax. Landscaping is a bit of an eye sore, especially the back yard which has a storage shed in need of some repair. The garage could have been better organized, so that the renter could pull their car in if the chose to. Also, instructions were found inside a book, and should be more visible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.
