Beautiful New Symrna Beach

This 1st floor 2 bed condo has a great view of the ocean and is steps away from the expansive beach. The large heated pool is also steps away from the condo. The main living , dining & kitchen are clean & well maintained. The bedrooms were comfortable but being near the ocean there was some dampness.

Colony Beach Stay

We love Colony Beach and the icean front condos. A few things we dated ir a bit worn out but overall the place is just what we live. The pools are great and if course the beach and ocean are priceless. We even viewed a couple space launches from our yard!! Our daughter flew down for a few days. She calls it our 3 Mrs home as we have a vacation home in northern Michigan on Lake Michigan & our primary residence in mid-Michigan.
