Comfortable Home, Great Pool, Easy Walk to the Beach

Very comfortable house with plenty of room. The pool and pool area are spacious, and you can choose to be in the shade or the sun.

Big fun at New Smyrna

Had enjoyable week pristine home well appointed. Pool was amazing! We had time to ourselves and one day with all the family for a short visit so the porch and pool were perfect

We loved this house!

Of more than a dozen rental house stays we’ve had in the past this is in the top two or three houses we’ve ever found. Spacious beautifully decorated romantic getaway casa nova was all we could’ve asked for. Pool was great perfect for a break after the beach or a long day running around.

Amazing

The property was amazing. It was clean, easy to get to. The mattresses were a little bit uncomfortable, but manageable. The house had all the amenities you would need. I would only suggest a bigger coffee pot.
