The host was on it. The washer broke down and within 24hrs, a new washer was up and running. The enclosed patio was wonderful! That made such a difference - to have an outdoor space for breakfast or reading with the fan in the afternoon. Yes, we had to walk across the main street to get to the beach but it was no big deal. Excellent location. Just minutes to shopping, coffee, restaurants, and minutes the other way to other beaches as well as the river viewing access. We didn't want the high-rises and this neighborhood was nice, and quiet. Only 1 night the people above us were loud, but they shut everything down at 11pm and we were grateful. We would stay there again!
