Wonderful Stay!

This was our second time to NSB, first time in this property. The condo was very pretty and had all we needed for the week. Amazing views of the beach and walking distance to Flagler Beach restaurants and shops make this choice a win/win!

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean, the check in process was easy, and I loved that it was quiet and not super crowded. They do drive on the beach in this area which is a little challenging with small kids, but overall the stay was great!

Wonderful condo!

This condo has it all...location, view (those sunrises!), space, well-appointed kitchen and other things you might need/want. There were a few issues with the garage door opener, but management was very responsive. Definitely stay in this unit again!

Perfect fit!

We had a great time! The property was clean, well-maintained, and well-appointed. The view from the balcony was tremendous. Access to the beach was perfect. It was very convenient to walk to restaurants and entertainment. There were some slight problems with check-in and access to the garage driven by illness and a short power outage; however, these were resolved right away. We plan on returning to NSB!

NSB Family Vacation - 2022

Our stay at Golden Arms Unit 503 was absolutely enjoyable. All the information needed for Check In was received prior to our arrival. We found the Unit 503 to be immaculate, comfortable and well appointed. It didn't take long to settle in and come to feel at home for our 14 day stay. Most days were spent poolside, walking the beach or visiting local eateries. The most disappointing part of our vacation was packing and saying good bye to NSB...good bye until next time Another successful Family Vacation in New Smyrna Beach Florida.

Ideal Location

The location of this condo cannot be beat. It is walking distance to a variety of restaurants and bars. Our agenda for the week was the pool, the beach, and eating - this was perfect for that. I was a little hesitant about the cars on the beach with three kids, but it was not an issue at all. The pool was never crowded. The beach was busy, but never too crowded. The beach is great for running, walking, and playing catch. The condo was clean and exactly like the pictures present. Perfect for our family with three kids, ages 6, 8, and 10. We hope to return to NSB and would definitely book this condo again in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend safe beach vacation spot

We rented this for a week with our 2 teenage daughters. First of all- the view... amazing! We had plenty of space for the 4 of us to hang out. I enjoyed coffee on the balcony with coffee from the Keurig, just like I have at home. We often saw dolphins out playing in the mornings. We mostly ate out but did have easy breakfast and snacks at the condo where plenty of space, dishes and small appliance available. The condo was very clean. It’s a lovely beach to walk, easy to stay away from the vehicles that drive in the beach. We enjoyed being able to dip in the pool or ocean- it was all right there. It’s a short walk to Flagler Ave for shopping and more food choices. We also spent time up in Daytona at the boardwalk, ziplinjng and shopping. Highly recommend Daytona Parasailing, you can see the condo while out on the ocean. Only issue we had was being unable to get into the lockbox on the garage, we didn’t notify management as we got into the condo and used the garage door opener (easy work around). The only other thing missing was beach chairs. We definitely recommend!

Perfect location on beach walk to restaurants, stores, etc

Perfect view of the beach and easy, secure access to beach as well. Loved that we could safely walk to many restaurants, stores, etc. We arrived earlier than scheduled and a quick message to property manager and we were allowed to check in. The unit itself was well maintained and had everything that we needed. The front entrance could use some sprucing up, carpets are very dingy and had a very stong odor of mildew.

Beautiful beach view condo

The property was very clean when we arrived. It was well furnished. Everything worked. We had the use of the garage which was great given the limited outdoor parking. We've stayed at other Golden Arms condos over the years. This unit carried on the tradition of a wonderful place to snowbird and look out onto the beach.

Great Place to Be

This is not our usual place to stay in NSB, but it was a great property. The space was clean and well suited for a week at the beach. We enjoyed the balcony, which was larger than expected. Having a garage parking spot and keyless entry into the condo was great! A few minor glitches because it wasn't our home - ice maker worked for the first two days, we had to reprogram the garage door opener and sometimes use the key to force it down as it would start down and then stop, and there were three bag chairs, but no beach chairs - but a great stay overall. I would suggest updating the information to note that much of the beach stuff is in a cart in the garage and that the key fobs are needed for the side access gates to the pool area so guests know that info, but otherwise everything was spot on.

Beach Bliss

We enjoyed our first stay in NS and this condo. It was fully stocked with things we needed and all the extras you usually have to buy when you get there. The view was awesome! The amenities are well kept and clean! The check in and check out process were seamless. It is within walking distance of all the best restaurants! You can’t go wrong with this property.

Nice Place, Great Location

I have stayed in this unit many times and it is great. Location is the best as it is a short walk to Flagler Avenue which is packed with restaurants and shops. The view from the condo is the best and the complex is small and never too crowded. The unit was not as clean as it usually is...my only complaint.
