Great unit

We enjoyed everything about our stay, the view was amazing. Management was responsive when needed parking pass and to let them know of the front door knob. We would love to come back soon!

525 was great! Nicely decorated with a great view! Love the way there were small items left for us to use( salt pepper coffee filters toilet paper). The pool and deck were first class. I would highly recommend 525!! Thanks

Dated unit .The toilet was broken the entire time we were in the unit,Plumber came and was not able to fix the toilet so we had one toilet the entire week.

Minor TLC needed. The bedroom carpets are awful- dirty and smell. Ceiling repairs needed and paint is peeling off the walls in the dining area. The porch furniture needs repaired- the finish is peeling off. Skillets need replaced.

Best view of ocean of any condo previously occupied. Main TV is too small for the living area. Cupboards filled with unneeded glasses and plastic accessories preventing needed storage of food items. Sofa is somewhat collapsed requiring cushions to be used for support. Closest elevator was disabled for 12 days causing hardship to handicapped. Spectacular patio setting on ocean edge with sufficient tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs. Grounds and maintenance of same are best of any condo ever rented....truly spectacular. Sentry Management was helpful and professional. Would recommended but with needed improvements to unit.

Holes in ceiling of master bedroom (front edge, near wall.) Hole in side wall in living room near floor/doors to deck. Neither seemed to leak, but could in event of heavy rain. Need repair. Light switch/exhaust fan to guest bathroom broken and needs repair. (On/off switches don't work. Needed to unscrew bulb to turn light on/off.) A/C in guest bedroom didn't seem to cool very well. Duct may be clogged.

Unit 525

Our stay started with the keys provided not working in either lock on the front door. Door knobs were very loose and we wee advised to jiggle the keys to get the doors unlocked. After several unsuccessful attempts, we called the emergency number for help. Mike came 30 minutes later and could not get the locks to work either. After 2 hours of working on this, he oiled and Jiggled until the locks were open. The door was oily from his work and he actually left the oil can incase we needed it. We were advised to use only the top deadbolt lock. A replacement order had been made in May. Our dates were July 17th week! This needs action right away. The condo did not have but 4 bath towels and 4 hand towels with a few wash clothes. The towels were old and very thin. we had to wash them 3 times during our week to have clean towels. In general, the condo is badly in need of some updating and attention. Both bathrooms are just plain old with no visible upgrades. The kitchen is the same! We have been coming to Errol By the Sea for at least 30 years. You cannot beat the view from the condo but at some point this condo needs a major overhaul!

Unit has great views and is spacious. Unit needs updating. cabinetry, water damage on walls and ceiling, mattress in 2nd. bedroom needs replacement.

Unit 525 Review

In genwral the unit was dirty and ill-equipped. It was obvious the unit had not been inspected or cleaned prior to our arrival. I would not recomment this unit to anyone.
