Great location, but...

The location was great. The unit was somewhat dated, but we expected that based on the pictures and price. The disappointing part was the property was filthy. We spent most of one day mopping, cleaning, and washing extra bedding before using due to the smell. In the property management's defense, they refunded us the cleaning fee and the cost of our last evening as we departed early because we could get in a day early at our next destination.

Great stay

Would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing and calm stay. You are literally steps away from the private beach and a short drive from the shops in New Smyrna.
