Super cute and clean property right in the heart of New Smyrna Beach!

We loved our stay in this updated two bedroom condo. It has everything we needed. We could walk to the beach and shops and great restaurants. The owner was a dream to deal with! Can’t wait to return.

Great location.

Perfect location for Flagler avenue and the beach. Was just great for us. Only comment - sofa although big and somewhat comfy, it was dirty, but you would expect that in a rental having a white sofa!! Overall was just nice to be central and comfortable.

Great Place, and only Steps to everything!

Steps to Sushi, check! Need a pizza, right downstairs! Super clean 2 bedroom condo right on Flagler. Everything worked great, well stocked kitchen, quick walk to the beach. One of the nicest place we've stayed in a long time. Highly recommended.

Cutest condo with the best location!

This is our second stay and we couldn’t be happier with our experience once again. The condo is beautiful and roomy inside including so many day to day necessities in case you forget to pack them. We feel so at home here and the courtyard is adorable. We love visiting the shops and talking to the people that live there. The location is perfect being that it’s right on Flagler but a few blocks from the beach. Away from the crowds but close at the same time. We will definitely stay at this amazing condo every time we visit NSB. Thank you for such a great experience!

Great family weekend in NSB

Stayed here over Father's Day weekend with my family of 5 (3 teenagers and my spouse) and had a great time. The condo was clean, comfortable (slept 5 comfortably), and in a perfect location along Flagler Avenue. Can't wait to come back in the Spring!

We absolutely loved the unit. Charming and very clean.

It has everything pie family needed. Very well stocked kitchen and the location was simply perfect. We walked to the beach (just a short walk) to watch the sunrise and the shops and restaurants were very convenient. We recommend this place and we Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome NSB getaway

Property was perfect for a relaxing couple of days at NSB. So convenient to all of our favorite restaurants on Flagler Ave. and the beach as well. Owner was also very responsive to questions we had. Will definitely visit again!

This was a perfect girls weekend for the Flamingos Follies!

We were so impressed with our stay here we hope to return again next year! Check out the breakfast cafe downstairs.So convenient to everything here.Friendly surroundings and hosts very easy to contact if need be. Thank you for a great weekend.

Amazing location/decor/comfort

I booked this property for Memorial Day with my family and friends and we could not be happier. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach, restaurants/bars so we never had to drive anywhere once we were parked. The property is gated at night so it feels safe and the neighbors are lovely (with the cutest dogs!) Also, the couch is the COMFIEST couch ever and all of us want to buy the exact same one now. We would most definitely stay here again and recommend!

Really nice place in the middle of everything

Spotless 2 bedroom condo above a cafe right on Flagler. Everything worked great, was where it should be, and was clean as a whistle. Nicest place we've stayed in a long time. We called with a couple of questions and got immediate, useful responses. Really recommended.

Awesome Property & Amazing Location

Such a wonderful property. We enjoyed our stay so much. The unit was super clean, had all the amenities you could possibly need, equipped with beach chairs and beach towels. The location is perfect and so close to the beach. HIGHLY recommend.

Winter getaway

Location cannot be beat! Walkable to everything but a grocery store. Smyrna Dunes is 2 miles away and perfect for the pet! Businesses below the condos are awesome. Other residents made us feel welcome and very helpful! Parking can be a challenge, we had a large truck. However everyone in the little community was very helpful and willing to move stuff around so we could get in our spot. For 2.5 months we called it home and enjoyed living beach side!!
